Job summary

Insight Global is hiring a Field Service Representative (ATC) to deploy, configure and maintain advanced ATC systems across customer sites nationwide. You will survey systems, diagnose issues and ensure performance KPIs while collaborating with partners and clients in a high-visibility role.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in system deployment, experience in telecom/IP networking or VoIP, and eligibility for FAA/government security clearance. Travel will be frequent.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in systems diagnosing, upkeep, and deployment.
• Telecom cabling, IP networking or VoIP systems.
• Occasional domestic and international deployments on short notice.
• Eligibility for FAA and government security clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree required; if no degree, 15 years of experience equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist deployment, configuration and upkeep of ATC systems across customer sites nationwide.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking to hire an FSR to support the deployment, configuration and upkeep of advanced Air Traffic Control (ATC) systems across customer sites nationwide. This role involves conducting system surveys, diagnosing technical issues, and ensuring all systems meets strict performance KPIs. Technicians will collaborate directly with contracting partners and clients, representing the company in a highly visible support role to increase customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring at least four years of experience in system deployment and service

especially in telecom or IP networking environments (VoIP servers)

with a strong grasp of IP networking and RF principles. U.S. Persons capable of obtaining FAA and government security clearance are strongly preferred due to the sensitive nature of the systems supported.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
