Job summary

EXCEED is seeking a dedicated Vocational Trainer (Job Coach) to provide hands-on employment support in community-based settings across Riverside County and neighboring areas. The role involves visiting client job sites, coordinating supports, and helping individuals achieve employment goals with a person-centered approach.

You will develop client goals, document progress, and collaborate with employers and program staff to promote independence and successful employment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.
• CPR and First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment.
• Criminal Background Clearance required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on employment support to individuals in community-based job sites.
• Travel to client workplaces in Riverside County and surrounding areas using personal vehicle.
• Coordinate employment supports and transportation needs as required.
• Support job development activities and advocate for clients in the workplace.
• Develop client goals, document progress, and implement behavior support strategies.
