EXCEED is seeking an on-site part-time role in Hemet, CA to assist with client instruction and program implementation. The position focuses on transporting and supporting adults with developmental disabilities, ensuring safety, and documenting progress while collaborating with the program team.

Responsibilities include assisting with training programs, reporting incidents, contributing to scheduling, and maintaining a positive, supportive environment for clients and staff.

Qualificações

• Requires ability to communicate effectively with clients, families and team.
• Observation and documentation skills for client progress and safety.
• Ability to write clear client notes and records.
• Basic math for client records and reports.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with client instruction and adherence to training plans.
• Supports implementation of training programs.
• Reports unusual incidents to the Service Team Coordinator (STC).
• Provides input on program scheduling and improvements.
• Assists with client transportation logistics and health checks.
