Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in Florida seeks Float Universal Bankers to travel between branches within the designated area, delivering timely client transactions and maintaining accurate records of all monies.

You will educate clients on digital banking, uncover needs, and collaborate with branch teams to provide superior service while adhering to policies and completing required training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Proven cash handling or client service skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use office equipment and perform basic math functions.
• Willing to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service and support the team.
• Availability to work Saturdays and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience, conduct complex and standard transactions, and identify client needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions like ATMs and online/mobile banking.
• Support client servicing calls, present offers, and refer clients to branch teams or specialists.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Complete applicable training and web-based learning to advance knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and risk management; stay informed of changes.
• Serve as the point of contact for account maintenance and problem resolution.
• Be assigned to a home branch but support multiple branches within the coverage area.
