The role requires reliable, customer-focused individuals who can manage deposits, new accounts, and product recommendations with confidentiality and a strong sense of teamwork. Travel between branches is a core part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Travel between locations to provide branch coverage based on staffing and business needs.
• Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable, and exceptional service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Open new accounts and assist customers with account maintenance and service requests.
• Build relationships with customers and connect them with products and services that meet their financial needs.
• Educate customers about digital banking tools and other available banking services.
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer while following cash-handling procedures.
• Assist with branch opening, closing, and daily operational responsibilities as assigned.
• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.
• Follow Bank policies, procedures, security requirements, and applicable banking regulations.
• Build strong working relationships with associates across multiple locations and adapt to different branch needs.
• Provide dependable coverage and contribute to a positive customer and associate experience wherever assigned.
