First Service Bank in Conway, AR is seeking a Universal Banker Float to provide branch coverage across Central Arkansas. You will welcome customers, handle deposits and cash transactions, open accounts, and connect clients with suitable banking products.

You’ll travel between locations, deliver exceptional service, educate customers on digital tools, and support daily operations while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with bank policies.

What will you do:

• Travel between assigned First Service Bank locations to provide branch coverage based on staffing and business needs.

• Open new accounts and assist customers with account maintenance and service requests.

• Assist with branch opening, closing, and daily operational responsibilities as assigned.

• Follow Bank policies, procedures, security requirements, and applicable banking regulations.
• Build strong working relationships with associates across multiple locations and adapt quickly to different branch needs.
• Provide dependable coverage and contribute to a positive customer and associate experience wherever assigned.

Safety-Sensitive Position

This position is designated as safety-sensitive due to the regular driving requirements of the role. The Universal Banker Float is required to travel between First Service Bank locations to provide branch coverage based on business needs.

Associates in this position must maintain a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle while performing job-related duties. The associate must also maintain an acceptable driving record and comply with First Service Bank’s safety, driving, and substance-use policies, as well as applicable law.

Schedule & Availability

First Service Bank’s standard hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position also involves branch opening and closing procedures. Depending on the assigned shift and location, associates may be scheduled to report up to 15 minutes before opening or remain up to 15 minutes after closing to complete required opening and closing responsibilities.

Preferred but Not Required:

• Previous banking experience
• Residency within 30 miles of a First Service Banking branch in Central Arkansas or willingness to relocate
