Responsibilities

• Travel to BayFirst's Belleair and Countryside locations to provide coverage.
• Master the bank's products, programs, and services to serve customers effectively.
• Understand clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Meet or exceed individual goals while supporting branch objectives.
• Perform routine transactions: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing, debit cards.
• Open/close accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and balance daily transactions.
• Exceed client expectations with accuracy, courtesy, and professionalism.
