Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular Float Universal Banker to serve clients across branches in the Cartersville, GA area. This role involves handling complex and standard transactions, educating clients on digital banking, and supporting sales and service activities as needed.

Travel between branches is required within the designated coverage area. The position emphasizes exceptional client service, adherence to policies, and active participation in training and leadership routines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Experience in teller or cash handling or client service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use office equipment and perform basic math.
• Willing to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Availability to work Saturdays and/or extended hours.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate client transactions with strong service.
• Educate clients on digital banking options including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales and service by identifying client needs and offering relevant solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Be the point of contact for account maintenance and issue resolution.
• Float to multiple branches within designated coverage area as assigned.
