Job summary

Gentle Dental is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Treatment Coordinators to manage patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment, guiding patients from the first appointment to the final outcome with a friendly, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate a must (QSI/Denticon experience is a plus).
• Bilingual a plus
• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from the first appointment to the last toward a happy and healthy smile.
