Job summary

Gentle Dental is hiring Treatment Coordinators in Las Vegas, NV. You will manage patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance, communicating financial planning and options based on proposed treatment. This is a full-time role with duties from the first appointment to completion.

Qualifications include 1+ year front office experience in a medical environment, ortho experience, and strong computer skills. Bilingual candidates are a plus. Travel to other local offices is required.

• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs.
• Computer literacy is required; QSI experience is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Discuss treatment options, establish treatment schedules, and prepare financial arrangements with patients.
• Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans in the system.
• Understand insurance plans, explanations, and limitations.
• Ensure predeterminations are submitted and patients are informed of responsibilities.
