Gentle Dental South Maryland in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to manage patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will present treatment plans and financial options to patients based on the proposed treatment, guiding them from the first appointment to the last for a healthy, confident smile.

This full-time role requires 1–2 years of front office experience in a medical setting, strong computer literacy, and excellent communication skills.

Competenze

• Minimum 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; knowledge of QSI/Denticon is a plus.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs is preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and treatment options based on proposed care.
• Lead patients from the first appointment to completion with a positive experience.
