Job summary

Sunseeker Property Service is seeking an experienced Traveling Track Hoe Operator for heavy civil construction projects. This role requires travel to job sites as assigned and pays $50 per hour.

Responsibilities include safely operating track hoes and other heavy equipment, performing excavation, trenching, grading, loading, and backfilling, and inspecting equipment daily. Qualifications include at least five years of track hoe operating experience, travel ability, and a valid driver's license;

Qualifications

• Minimum five years operating a track hoe.
• Experience in heavy civil, underground utility, and excavation preferred.
• Ability to travel and stay out of town for projects.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends when required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate track hoes and other assigned heavy equipment
• Perform excavation, trenching, grading, loading, and backfilling
• Excavate around existing utilities safely and accurately
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
• Follow project plans, grade stakes, and directions from the superintendent
• Maintain a safe and productive work area
• Follow all company and job-site safety requirements
• Work cooperatively with laborers, pipe crews, foremen, and other operators
