Job summary

Crisdel Group, Inc. is seeking a Trackhoe Operator to excavate trenches, pull trench boxes, backfill, and load materials on diverse heavy construction sites in Florida. The role involves operating the track hoe and potentially other equipment while supporting crew safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include trench work, grade, and material loading, plus maintaining equipment and mentoring junior workers. Overtime and outdoor conditions apply; a valid license and safety training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in heavy construction work.
• Experience operating track hoes or similar heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of road construction materials and processes.
• Must hold valid state driver\'s license; CDL preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate a track hoe to excavate trenches and pull trench boxes.
• Grade and load materials in heavy construction operations.
• Work with crew to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and safe condition.
• Perform daily maintenance on machines including lubrication and service checks.
• Train and mentor other workers on equipment operation and safety requirements.
• Follow safety policies, procedures and regulations at all times.
• Perform general labor tasks as required.
