Job summary

Uprite Construction is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to join our California operations. The first project assignment will be in Merced, CA, and candidates must reside in Northern or Southern California, willing to travel to assignments.

This role focuses on leading field operations, managing tilt wall ground-up construction, coordinating subs, schedules, safety, and quality to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field operations on commercial projects.
• Proven ability to manage tilt wall construction from mobilization to closeout.
• Strong coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations for assigned commercial construction projects.
• Manage ground up tilt wall construction from mobilization through project completion and closeout.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, inspections, and field activities.
• Develop and maintain short term field schedules while protecting the overall project schedule.
• Coordinate sitework, utilities, foundations, tilt wall panels, and MEP trades.
• Lead punch list, turnover, and field closeout activities.
