Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a Teller to provide quality customer service at multiple Knoxville banking centers. You’ll handle routine transactions, promote bank products, and help build client relationships while ensuring compliance with policies.

Role requires on-site work at various Knoxville centers with willingness to travel within the market. Strong cash handling and teamwork are essential for daily operations and excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 6 months cash handling or teller experience preferred.
• Experience with cash handling and basic banking transactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Handle a cash drawer with proper cash controls and audit compliance.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments for customers.
• Process miscellaneous transactions (bonds, municipal coupons, money orders).
• Assist in daily balancing and ATM processing and entries.
• Assist with night drop and lobby depository deposits.
• Support vault duties with dual control responsibilities.
• Stay informed of policy updates to ensure compliance.
