Hana Brands is seeking a Temp Sushi and Fresh Foods Chef to manage sushi rolling, fish preparation, and rice prep in a live sushi-bar environment. You will maintain food safety, portion control, and stage cleanliness while delivering quality to customers.

Two+ years in food handling or a culinary degree are required; ServSafe is a plus. The assignment covers travel, with hotel accommodations when away from home, and offers potential future ownership opportunities within Hana Brands.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of food handling experience
• Sushi rolling or culinary degree required
• Knife skills for sashimi and prep
• Food safety knowledge and certification preferred
• English communication with customers and team

Responsabilités

• Expertly cut, slice and fillet fish and produce
• Prepare traditional sushi rice to specification
• Create sushi rolls per guidelines and standards
• Prepare fresh foods and entrees as needed
