Job summary

Qualifications

• Education required: Technical/Vocational School; Associate preferred.
• Work experience: 2+ years of technical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides patients with supportive care during pre-operative phases.
• Collects and labels specimens obtained during surgical procedures.
• Conducts instrument counts prior to surgical procedures.
• Assists with preparing, transporting, positioning, and draping patients.
• Ensures the operating room is sterile and ready for procedures.
• Maintains surgical instruments in an organized manner and supports OR turnover.
