This PRN/contract-like position offers flexibility and potential transition to permanent staff while maintaining guaranteed hours. The candidate will support endoscopy, orthopedics, plastics, and general surgery units, with attention to infection control and safety.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in English and understand customer needs.
• Experience in sterile processing or surgical support is preferred.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates sterilization equipment and ensures proper parameters per IFU.
• Assembles instrument sets and documents in tracking systems.
• Adheres to aseptic techniques and infection control standards.
