Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience assisting in operating rooms preferred.
• Knowledge of surgical instruments and sterile technique.
• Ability to communicate clearly with surgeons and staff.

Responsibilities

• Set up operating suites according to surgeon preference cards.
• Assist surgeon during procedures with exposure, hemostasis and closures.
• Position patients safely and maintain patient comfort.
• Maintain OR turnover times and comply with safety policies.
