What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct support to venue teams, ensuring achievement in key areas of OVG Hospitality business
- Identify areas for improvement and assist venue teams in formulating action plans
- Contribute to the development and management of customer service policies to enhance customer satisfaction
- Support hospitality training coordination and mentor hospitality leaders as needed
- Drive consistent execution of OVG standards through quality control and operational excellence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree from an accredited college/university in Culinary Arts, Food Service Operations, or related field
- 4+ years of progressive experience in managed facility or related hospitality industry
- Strong skills in dealing with internal and external customers
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
