The Lease Administration Supervisor - Remote will work in a collaborative and results-focused environment with the Lease Administrators, Real Estate Portfolio Managers, Real Estate Services Managers, Facilities Team, Lease Accounting, Accounts Payable, and other key contributors.
The Lease Administration Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all Hanger’s rights, obligations, and opportunities for all leases are accurately reflected in the company’s lease administration database. This role is responsible for ensuring the lease administration staff is trained in the following areas: Landlord, Tenant, vendor and Subtenant communications/resolutions are timely, ensure the abstraction of lease data and payment schedule setups are accurate, ensure CAM Reconciliations are completed on a timely basis; Landlord statements/ledgers are reconciled, initiate appropriate action to ensure compliance with lease terms, timely vendor setups, maintain, adjust and improve processes as needed.
