How Do You Fit In?


As a Part Time Seasonal Retail Activations Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to travel extensively across the United States for events to lead the planning and execution of large-scale pop-up shops.

This is a part-time, seasonal role. Seasonal Retail Activations Team Lead can expect to work approximately 40 hours on event weekends. Shifts vary and can range between early morning (7a-3p) to late night (4p-12a). Event season runs November 2024 - May 2025.

The ideal candidate can coordinate, collaborate, and lead large teams to ensure goals and expectations of the events are met in a timely and efficient manner; as well as being flexible with a broad range of skills to support planning, logistics, execution, sales, marketing, and customer service.


This position will report to the Manager, Retail Activations.

Overview of Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing execution, modeling behavior, driving results, and managing the floor during set-up days and selling days.
  • Lead the load and unload truck event resources with team utilizing a manual pallet jack.
  • Lead the delivery, set up, tear down and remove event resources to and from designated locations, before and after events, according to predetermined schedules, setup instructions and diagrams.
  • Lead store operations related items including inventory management, shop merchandising, back of house set-up, organization, and maintenance.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our guests and members by knowing our product, helping them through their shopping experience, making recommendations and ringing up the sale.

We are Looking for Someone who:

  • Can commit to work at least 10 events during the season.
  • Can maintain an irregular work schedule as required by management team and event schedule.
  • Is passionate, enthusiastic, focused, creative, customer-centric and has a positive outlook.
  • Is versatile, flexible, and willing to work within constantly changing priorities.
  • Is highly organized with the ability to multitask.
  • Is comfortable using basic tools and light handywork.
  • Able to move and carry boxes weighing up to 50lbs.
  • Can maintain productive sponsor, customer, and team relations.


Required Skills

  • 1-2 years minimum of management level work experience; retail environment preferred.
  • Event coordination or management experience required.
  • Ability to work well with, innovate and lead large teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency.
  • Strong sense of team and ability to work well with teammates of varying skill levels.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines while being detail oriented.
  • Accountable to self and team through upholding the values of the organization including trust, integrity, honesty, and respect.
  • Ability to problem solve, troubleshoot, improvise, and course correct on the fly, with resources available.
  • Sound judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions in a high-pressure environment.
  • This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least three consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
