Job summary

TelCom Construction seeks a Traveling Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day project operations and provide clear communication and leadership to Foremen and crews. This role emphasizes safety, reporting, and coordinating materials, labor, and equipment to meet project milestones.

Expect travel with a base wage range of $75,000–$95,000 annually in the United States, with weekly paychecks and strong benefits including PTO, insurance options, retirement matching, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must have previous utility construction crew leadership experience.
• Experience with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred.
• Good computer skills specifically database software and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.
• Local work with occasional travel.
• DOT medical card or ability to pass a DOT physical exam; Class A CDL is a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise the day to day operations

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required
• Experience working with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred
• This position also requires good computer skills specifically database software and Excel
• Prior experience working with google applications is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required
• Local work with occasional travel
• A valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card
• Class A CDL license is a plus!
