Job summary

TelCom Construction is seeking a Traveling Field Supervisor to oversee daily project operations and provide leadership to foremen and crews. You will coordinate materials, equipment, and labor while ensuring timely job completion and accurate reporting.

The role requires travel, strong communication, and the ability to supervise utility construction crews. Competitive benefits include weekly pay, PTO, 401(k) match, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company
• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required
• Experience with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred
• Good computer skills specifically database software and Excel
• Prior experience with Google applications is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required
• Local work with occasional travel
• A valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Must pass a DOT physical exam for a valid medical card
• Class A CDL license is a plus
