Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee daily project operations and lead Foremen and crews on local work with occasional travel. The role emphasizes strong communication, safety, and timely reporting.

You will supervise field activities, organize materials and labor, verify billings and locations, and ensure compliance with company standards. A valid CDL is a plus and DOT medical certification may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience.
• Experience with telecommunications MSA contracts preferred.
• Proficient with database software and Excel.
• Google applications experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Local work with occasional travel.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• DOT medical card required.
• Class A CDL license a plus.

• Verifying locates, materials and billings.
• Providing all required job reporting.
• Completing as-builts and redlines.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company

• Experience working with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred
• This position also requires good computer skills specifically database software and Excel
• Prior experience working with google applications is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required
• Local work with occasional travel
• A valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card
• Class A CDL license is a plus!

The wage range for Traveling Supervisor TelCom Construction is $75,000.00 - $95,000.00.
