Job summary

TelCom Construction seeks a Traveling Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day project operations and lead foremen and crews on telecommunications projects. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization of materials and labor, and safety leadership.

You will ensure timely job completion, verify locates and billings, and produce required reporting while traveling locally with occasional travel to sites as needed. A valid license and DOT medical card are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for TelCom Construction.
• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience required.
• Experience with telecommunication MSA contracts preferred.
• Good computer skills, especially Excel and database software.
• Experience with Google applications is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Local work with occasional travel.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• DOT physical exam and medical card required.
• Class A CDL license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of projects.
• Ensure job completion of assigned projects.
• Provide communication and leadership to foremen and crews.
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor.
• Verify locates, materials, and billings; provide required job reporting.
• Complete as-builts and redlines.
• Participate in safety, maintenance, production, and personnel initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
