Job summary

TrueNorth Steel is seeking a Traveling Superintendent/PM to oversee field execution across multiple active jobsites in TX, with travel to Dallas-Fort Worth. Must ensure safety, quality, and on-time results, coordinating with clients and project managers while developing in-house field labor capabilities.

This full-time role requires on-site presence at various project sites in Texas, with a flexible schedule and travel as needed; OSHA 10 is expected with OSHA 30 preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade schooling preferred.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Experience leading field teams on commercial/industrial construction projects.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide field oversight for installation work across multiple sites.
• Plan and direct crews to meet production and customer commitments.
• Coordinate with clients and project managers; attend on-site meetings.
• Identify constraints and drive field solutions while maintaining safety.
