Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Construction Superintendent or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of methods, scheduling, quality control, and site safety.
• Experience managing subcontractors on commercial/industrial projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Travel and work remotely between project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site construction operations across manufacturing and industrial projects.
• Supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and multiple trades to meet project schedules and quality standards.
• Implement site-specific safety plans, conduct toolbox talks, and enforce OSHA requirements.
• Coordinate labor, material deliveries, equipment usage, logistics, and site staging to maximize productivity.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules, communicating changes and clarifications to project teams.
• Monitor progress, identify schedule risks and delays, and develop mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
• Manage inspections, punch lists, closeout, and handover activities in partnership with quality control and project management.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, manpower logs, incident records, change order documentation, and site activity records.
• Mentor junior field staff while promoting teamwork, professionalism, and consistent workmanship standards.
