Job summary

Parkway Construction is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent for national travel on ground-up commercial projects across the lower 48 states. The role requires coordinating on-site activities, managing subcontractors, and maintaining schedule and budget across multiple sites.

You will implement safety programs, liaise with owners and AHJs, and contribute to a growing team delivering high-quality projects on time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with traveling commercial general contractor or traveling superintendent roles is preferred.
• Proficient with Procore and Microsoft Office suite.
• Lean Building knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel away from home for extended periods.
• Oversee construction to ensure project meets design, budget and schedule.
• Interface with client reps, subcontractors, security, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain project records and daily logs; ensure site safety and compliance.
