Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

The Traveling Superintendent will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high‑quality standards. This role requires frequent travel to project sites and strong leadership skills to manage teams effectively.

• Supervise all on‑site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to maintain project efficiency and quality standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents to guide construction efforts.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring cost control and timely completion.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and resolve conflicts or delays effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports and documentation.
