• Strong understanding of sequencing, scheduling, site logistics, subcontractor management, and QA.
• Willingness to travel for project assignments in East Texas.

The Opportunity

The Traveling Superintendent will provide hands-on field leadership, managing daily construction operations, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, safety, quality, and project execution.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Lead daily field operations on large-scale, technically complex data center construction projects.

• Manage project sequencing, look-ahead schedules, milestones, and overall construction progress.
• Maintain rigorous safety standards and a proactive jobsite safety culture.
• Coordinate closely with project management, owners, design professionals, and trade partners.
• Oversee quality control, inspections, commissioning readiness, and project closeout activities.
• Identify and resolve field challenges before they affect critical-path activities.
• Mentor field personnel and represent the organization's standards for leadership, professionalism, and execution.

The Background We're Looking For

• 8-10+ years of progressive commercial construction field experience, including significant superintendent-level responsibility.
• Experience delivering large, complex ground-up commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center projects.
• Direct data center construction experience strongly preferred, particularly with critical infrastructure and MEP-intensive environments.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, site logistics, subcontractor management, and quality control.
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical infrastructure, equipment coordination, and the commissioning process is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success leading sizable field teams and multiple subcontractor trades.
• Willingness and ability to travel for project assignments, beginning in East Texas.
