The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of construction experience and at least 3 years in field supervision. The role requires strong communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to build effective relationships within the project team. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience required.
• 3+ years of field supervision experience required.
• Experience with Lean principles preferred.
