Job summary

ENFRA LLC seeks a Traveling Superintendent to provide field leadership for day-to-day project operations, working with the Project Manager to coordinate vendors and subcontractors and ensure full compliance with Contract Documents and the Project Schedule. The role emphasizes on-site safety, logistics, quality assurance, trade coordination, and active scheduling.

It requires travel to regional project sites (about 30% time) and close collaboration with AHJ inspectors, management, and energy

Qualifications

• 5+ years in large commercial construction (>$10M).
• Experience in higher education or healthcare projects.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion of project safety.
• Create, maintain, and report the Project Schedule.
• Coordinate site construction activities and manage constraints.
• Schedule/site inspections with AHJ/inspectors/clients.
• Coordinate installations between trades and track progress.
• Provide field leadership for planning and scheduling.
• Attend jobsite meetings and manage deliveries and reports.
• Work with Inter-Company leadership to drive efficiencies.
• Monitor Daily Reports for accuracy and compliance with Contracts and Schedule.
• Manage submittals and procurement workflow.
• Oversee the Project Quality Assurance plan and inspections.
