Job summary

Structor Group is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial and healthcare projects across the Southeast. This role requires extensive travel and on-site leadership to keep projects on schedule, ensure safety, and uphold Structor Group’s quality standards.

You will coordinate subcontractors and field personnel, drive the project schedule, and work closely with Project Managers and clients to deliver successful project execution in active and occupied

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction field supervision experience.
• Healthcare construction experience preferred, especially renovations or work in active facilities.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively based on project needs.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and oversight of commercial and healthcare projects.
• Plan site logistics and coordinate subcontractor activities.
• Drive the overall project schedule and manage field operations.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance on site.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure quality control throughout construction.
• Communicate with clients, Project Managers, and field personnel.
• Travel to project locations and remain on-site as required by the project.
