Job summary

Centennial Contractors Enterprises, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for a construction superintendent role. You will oversee subcontractors and craft personnel, coordinate daily site operations, and monitor safety and quality control on multiple project sites.

Travel to various project locations will be required. Responsibilities include updating schedules, preparing daily reports, and leading progress meetings with the project team to ensure timely completion and compliance with all

Qualifications

• Two to five years related experience in the construction industry with a commercial and/or industrial general contractor
• Experience supervising and managing multiple subcontractors on multiple construction and repair projects
• LEED construction experience, a plus
• Basic computer understanding including e-mail, MS Office and internet access
• Good oral communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to travel to various project sites / states, required

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision, coordination and quality control of subcontractors and craft personnel
• Update the project schedule and ensure deadlines are met
• Provide daily safety awareness and inspections on job sites
• Submit accurate, detailed daily reports for the project
• Coordinate project progress meetings with subcontractors and project team
• Schedule all project activities in line with the project timeline
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment and quality guidelines and local requirements
