Qualifications

• 5-25 years of construction experience.
• OSHA certification and familiarity with safety protocols.
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings to receive information and preplanning details.
• Assist in preparing construction activity schedules and staffing requirements.
• Direct and control construction projects to meet specifications and schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure integration with project plans.
• Inform supervisors of schedule changes and cost progress.
• Assist in preparation of job progress and cost reports.
