Job summary

MPI seeks a Traveling Superintendent for Commercial/Multifamily construction to lead day-to-day field operations on projects up to $20M+. You will drive scheduling, subcontractor coordination, safety programs, and overall project execution from groundbreaking through closeout.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in ground-up commercial or multifamily construction is required.
• Experience with multifamily, podium-style, structural steel, or hard commercial projects is preferred.
• Ability to independently oversee large-scale projects and lead all field operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations for multifamily and commercial projects up to $20M+.
• Drive project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality, and execution from start to closeout.
• Lead on-site operations, ensure deadlines and budgets are met, and communicate with PMs, owners, architects, and subs.
• Coordinate with project teams using MS Project, Procore, and ProjectSight for documentation and reporting.
