Job summary

MPI, a long-established commercial general contractor, seeks a leader to oversee onsite construction for large retail projects.

You will manage subcontractors, schedules, quality control, and client communications while traveling across the Midwest and Southeast on a company-supported rotation. This role demands coordinating multiple locations and maintaining rigorous site records.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating subcontractors, schedules, materials, and daily site activities.
• Ability to read and apply construction plans and project specifications.
• Knowledge of quality checks and issue resolution during construction work.
• Confidence maintaining accurate site records and progress updates.
• Ability to coordinate construction activities across retail projects in the Midwest and Southeast.

What's On Offer

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 base salary

• $600-$800 monthly vehicle allowance plus competitive per diem
• Travel schedule allowing return home every other week for 3 days
