Michael Page is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee ground-up retail construction projects across the United States. You will lead projects from inception to completion, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and suppliers while maintaining schedule, safety, and quality standards.

This role requires extensive travel nationwide, strong leadership, and a proven track record in commercial construction, with per diem and comprehensive benefits.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively nationwide.
• Experience overseeing retail, commercial, transportation, airport, or similar projects preferred.
• Strong concrete construction experience is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and jobsite operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and project execution.

Job Offer

• Compensation: Base, $100,000 - $125,000 + benefits and per diem
