Traveling Superintendent position in Bowmansdale, PA for a general contractor focusing on design-build and commercial work. You will manage field operations, safety, and subcontractor coordination to ensure on-time project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Enforce jobsite safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Manage day-to-day site operations, including logistics, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Oversee field personnel, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure quality and productivity.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, inspections, and testing activities.
• Maintain project documentation, including reports, timecards, photos, drawings, and RFIs.
• Support scheduling, preconstruction planning, and ongoing progress updates.
• Identify and resolve project issues, including discrepancies, scope changes, and unforeseen conditions.
• Lead meetings, manage punch list completion, and coordinate project closeout activities.
