Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year.

Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated Traveling Superintendent, open to travel 75 % of the time. This is a full‑time, permanent position, not a contract role. The role requires overseeing construction projects across different regions, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on job sites, ensuring work follows project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met timely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other construction professionals for smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with the company’s quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
• Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and local authorities, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management, including progress reports, budget updates, and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in site management/superintendent work, with a proven track record in site supervision and project management.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Proficiency in construction software and technology, including project management tools and CAD software.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel frequently to different job sites.
