Jobot is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead senior living and healthcare construction projects from start to finish. You will oversee field teams, develop look-ahead schedules, and ensure safety and quality across multiple sites.
Must have 5+ years as a Superintendent, strong Procore proficiency, and the ability to travel extensively as required by project locations, including Chicago, Ohio, and Tennessee.
$120000 - $140000 per year | Indianapolis, IN | On-site | Permanent
The Superintendent is responsible for leading projects from start to finish. The initial project with be a large Sr. Living facility in Chicago and then you will be placed on either a project in Ohio or Tennessee. My client specializes in the construction of wood-frame projects within the multifamily, senior living and healthcare sectors. This position requires providing leadership to the project teams in order to meet or exceed project goals related to the design, construction and quality of the project. My client is looking for someone with Senior Living and wood framing experience who is able to put together look ahead schedules and use Procore.
