Construction Recruiter - Traveling Superintendents at iRiS Recruiting Solutions

We’re hiring an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee ground-up commercial builds across the Southeastern U.S. This role is ideal for superintendents who enjoy clear project scopes, and working with repeat clients. This is based in the Southeast | Regional Travel (NC, SC, TN, GA, AL, VA)

What You’ll Do

• Lead all field operations on site — from sitework to closeout
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to maintain successful outcomes
• Ensure repeatable processes are followed
