Job Position: Assistant Superintendent - Commercial (Traveling)

Work Location: Southeast US - This is a traveling position throughout the US. Company is located in Atlanta, GA but work will be throughout the southeast.

For this position we are looking for a superintendent with prior experience working on commercial projects, so if you’re a seasoned superintendent and want to continue to work on commercial construction projects that are making a huge impact on the community — look no further. As an Assistant Superintendent you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Manage a jobsite working around.
• Direct the day-to-day coordination of trade contractors and their sub-contractors.
• Develop, document, and communicate the work plan regarding changes made in the field.
• Act as the primary safety representative in the field.
• Communicate schedule status, updates and changes to the Project Team and Trade Contractors.
• Plan, coordinate and manage jobsite logistics.
• Oversee the completion of projects with a high degree of quality.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience as a superintendent.
• Consider yourself to be a team player.
• Have strong organizational skills.
• Have strong communication skills.
• Have experience with Microsoft and Procore or other construction management software.
