Job description

Job Position: Assistant Superintendent - Commercial (Traveling)

Work Location: Southeast US - This is a traveling position throughout the US. Company is located in Atlanta, GA but work will be throughout the southeast.

For this position we are looking for a superintendent with prior experience working on commercial projects, so if you’re a seasoned superintendent and want to continue to work on commercial construction projects that are making a huge impact on the community — look no further. You’ll be joining a company that believes in surpassing client expectations, and if you want to work with trustworthy, collaborative, and dependable team members, then this is the role for you.

As an Assistant Superintendent you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Manage a jobsite working around.
  • Direct the day-to-day coordination of trade contractors and their sub-contractors.
  • Develop, document, and communicate the work plan regarding changes made in the field.
  • Act as the primary safety representative in the field.
  • Communicate schedule status, updates and changes to the Project Team and Trade Contractors.
  • Plan, coordinate and manage jobsite logistics.
  • Oversee the completion of projects with a high degree of quality.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience as a superintendent.
  • Consider yourself to be a team player.
  • Have strong organizational skills.
  • Have strong communication skills.
  • Have experience with Microsoft and Procore or other construction management software.

Pay: $78,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year + Per Diem Package
