Job summary

Trillium Construction Services is hiring Traveling Superintendents to oversee the ground-up construction of big box stores across the country. This role will manage all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.

The position requires 5+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial projects, strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, and proficiency with Procore/Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects.
• Experience with light industrial construction is required.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain aggressive project schedules.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, OSHA regulations, and quality control practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite or similar construction management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily field operations from project kickoff through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules while driving production to meet milestones.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety standards.
• Conduct daily site meetings and coordinate work between multiple trades.
• Monitor quality control and ensure all work meets project specifications.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals.
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize project delays.
• Maintain daily reports, project documentation, and progress updates.
• Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.

This individual will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Annual salary is between $120k - $165k, plus benefits, and other perks!
