Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a valid state license or eligibility to obtain license in state where services are provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have at least 2 years of working experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Commitment to the company mission to deliver high quality, person-centered care with dignity and integrity.
• Ability to represent Company in an ethical and professional manner.
