Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our center-based team on a full-time basis in Massachusetts, initially covering a maternity leave at our Bedford center and transitioning to our Danvers center.

Responsibilities include providing center-based therapy, collaborating with OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs; creating treatment plans; conducting assessments; training families and staff; and monitoring progress using data-driven approaches.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification required.
• Massachusetts state licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based speech-language pathology services.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, RBTs).
• Create and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
• Conduct assessments and monitor client progress.
