Job summary

PCL Solar Constructors USA Inc. in Camden, Ohio, and Eaton, Ohio, is seeking a Project Engineer to support on-site activities and ensure every detail meets high standards.

Travel may be required to projects across Texas, Oklahoma, Georgia, Kentucky, Ohio, Washington and more, with per-diem assistance for eligible candidates. The role focuses on subcontract administration, schedule coordination, and collaboration with the project team to maintain cost, quality, and safety standards on solar

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of construction experience in an operational role preferred.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in a related subject area (construction management, engineering, architecture) preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Verified understanding of construction equipment, drawings, HSE, quality, materials, and standards as per field.
• Ability to apply basic engineering/problem solving principles to construction challenges.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintains contract with trade partners and handles subcontract administration, including scope definition and progress supervision.
• Participates in change management, pricing, processing, and assessing cost/schedule impact.
