Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of construction experience in an operational role preferred.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contract with select trade partners and supervise subcontract work and inquiries.
• Participate in change management, including pricing, processing and schedule impact.
• Maintain project documentation control (RFI, drawings, submittals, as‑builts).
• Coordinate with project team lead on design and submittal timelines.
• Review trade submissions for scope and design compliance.
• Coordinate with project manager and superintendent on HSE, cost, schedule and quality.
• Prepare and supervise progress claims and estimates.
• Track materials and equipment, expedite orders and closeout documentation.
