Job summary

Renovo Construction is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead on-site construction for ground-up retail projects across the country. You will supervise subcontractors, vendors and laborers while ensuring OSHA safety, project documentation, and schedule adherence.

The role offers travel to multiple sites and growth in a leading affiliate of DLC. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial construction supervision, experience estimating retail centers, and strong proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Ground-up retail projects experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction supervisory experience in commercial projects.
• Experience estimating for retail real estate/shopping centers.
• Proficiency with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, and related trades.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site construction and oversight of subcontractors, vendors and laborers.
• Plan, oversee and maintain site safety (OSHA requirements) and site organization.
• Manage implementation of the project documents with subcontractors.
• Create and update the 2-week look ahead every week.
• Collaborate with client and property team to identify and maintain the critical path schedule.
